Originally from Memphis, TN, Dr. Michael Drake holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Auburn University.
He went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Wildlife Conservation Medicine and his Doctorate's degree in Veterinary Medicine from St. George's University in 2015.
He worked in small animal and exotics practice in Florida before moving to the Denver area in 2023. His professional interests include internal medicine, exotic medicine, dentistry, and dermatology.
Dr. Drake is married to his wife, Katie, and they have two dogs (Pepper and Frank) and several snakes. In his free time, Dr. Drake enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and spending time outdoors
